Dazu benutzen wir Hilfsmittel wie AIREX Balance Pad, Pezzi Ball, Gymstick und Theraband. In Anlehnung an die Trainingsmethode von Joseph Pilates st\u00e4rken wir die Rumpfmuskulatur und den Beckenboden, verbessern unsere Beweglichkeit und unsere Haltung.
